Open Sessions
Taster Sessions
If you fancy a go in a sailing dinghy, we can offer you, and up to two of your friends, a one hour taster session in our Wayfarer or Laser 2000 with an instructor.
We will take you for a sail in the harbour, and weather permitting, you will be able to take the helm. We will provide a buoyancy aid and a waterproof top, but you will need to be prepared to get wet, and bring a change of clothes! (See the 'What to Wear' section on the 'Our Courses' page).
Recreational Sailing Sessions
If you have already taken a sailing course and want to practise and gain more experience, we offer sailing sessions with some support and coaching.
These run throughout the season on Sunday mornings from 10.30hrs to 12.30hrs. Please note that times may vary, depending on the state of the tide. Sessions cost £30, or £150 for six. Please book in advance.
For groups of 4 or more we will be pleased to arrange similar sessions at
alternative times
(including weekdays or evenings). Please contact us to discuss your
requirements.
Saturday Mornings
We offer two hour activity sessions for children aged 8 plus. These run on
Saturday mornings
from 10.00am to midday between May and September. Beginners and experienced
sailors are equally
welcome. Only £15 per session or 6 sessions for £75. Please book in advance
